been asking me to talk about meditation - what I've tried, what my
practise looks like, and some specifics for what I actually do when
I meditate.
So here
follows a brief background as to why I started mediating, what
types of meditation I tried at first, how I meditate now
(step-by-step instructions) plus I round off with a bit about how
its helped and how I connect writing morning pages with my practise
and why that's an awesome things I do too.
